ABOUT US.

My name is Glenice Paulsen and I am a retired primary teacher.

My husband, Eddie, and I live in a gracious Californian Bungalow style home in Ivanhoe, about 10km from Melbourne’s CBD.  Only 10 minutes walk away is Ivanhoe Village with numerous coffee shops, hair stylists, fashion boutiques and restaurants. The train near the Village will have you in the city in 20 minutes. Latrobe University and the redeveloped Austin/Mercy Hospital are only minutes away. We have two cats called Charlie and CJ.

My interests include playing golf, using computers and preparing modern cuisine, which I am happy to provide for our guests.

Our aim is to provide comfortable, friendly accommodation – a real home-away-from-home while you are working or conducting business in our leafy locale.
